Yes. For our wineries tours and Last Vegas round trips, it's a minimum charge of 4 seats. You are more than welcome to book High Roller Express™ for fewer guests than 4 but the minimum charge applies.
Yes, this is solely based on availability. If the date you are requesting to change your reservation has availability, High Roller Express™ will allow you to change the reservation at no cost.
You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to departure and receive a full refund. If you cancel after that period, the seat will become non-refundable.
Yes, so long as they are NOT required by state law to ride in a car seat. Currently, California state law requires children to ride in a car seat until they are at least 8 years of age or are at least 4ft 9in tall.
Our 3500 Mercedes Benz Sprinter has interiors that rival a private jet. The vehicle comes equipped with hand stitched leather seating, optional centre table, Sirius XM, 10 charging ports, 42” TV, Wireless headsets, WIFI, DVD and blue ray, and a restroom.
For our business clients that need to get some work done, seats are fitted with tray tables big enough for laptops and work space. With Wi-Fi on board, staying connected is easy and fast. Should you require privacy, our concierge will step our of the guest cabin.
Yes! Once you purchase your seat, everything aboard the vehicle is complimentary for the duration of your journey, unless specified at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, based on the size of the vehicle, we cannot accommodate any pets or service animals on the vehicle. If you do arrive at the pick-up site with a pet or service animal, you will not be allowed to board the vehicle, and no refund will be given.
High Roller Express™ expects everyone to be adults. We pride ourselves on respecting everyone regardless of who they are. If the concierge determines that a client has had too much to drink, they will no longer be served any more alcohol. The client will be asked to be respectful of our other clients in the vehicle. We will give the client every opportunity to be compliant. If the unruly client continues to be a disruption, the driver will stop the vehicle and have the client picked up by the local law enforcement for disorderly conduct and drunkenness in public. The client will then be banned from using our services in the future. No refund will be provided to the client.
No, all amenities aboard the vehicle are included in the price of the seat.
Our standard pick up is from Temecula Valley Mall, where there's plenty of free parking. If you fully charter the High Roller Express™ we can pick up from an alternate location in the local area of Temecula and Murrieta, at no extra cost,
Yes! We always have a spare seat for a designated driver, who can ride along at no extra cost. We will also provide lunch for them.
Yes, High Roller Express™ has plenty of storage space. Depending on the journey, we also have a safe and secure 4x6 trailer, specifically designed for carrying luggage and extras such as golf clubs, mobility aids/scooters etc.
